Learning Track: Towards Literacy

Smart Learning IS Child's Play

Play is a Wonderfully Natural and Effective Way to Learn

P lay is one of the most effective ways for children to learn.

When children play they automatically use skills that are needed for good learning; concentration, determination, discovery (through trail-and-error), and practice. Crucially, this all happens with a smile on their faces.

From talking to parents, we quickly discovered that many overlooked the importance of play to learning. We also found parents lacked knowledge about how they could use play to help their children towards literacy (and other) skills.

Children learning through play is one of the key factors behind success with EasyStreetLearning.
