Our mission is to guide parents on how they can best support their childrens' learning, helping children build a solid foundation for future learning.

The focus is primarily childrens' numeracy and literacy up to age twelve.

TERMS OF USE

This contract supersedes all previous written or oral agreements.

Only use the EasyStreetLearning Service if you agree to these Terms.  Any questions concerning this contract may be sent to the contact given below.

1. The Service

1. EasyStreetLearning provides resources for parents of children aged up to twelve years old to help nurture confidence and motivation in early years learning. EasyStreetLearning is available via a website accessible on the internet.


2. EasyStreet Learning is a registered trademark (No. 2491930) belonging to Gopal Services Limited. In this contract, EasyStreetLearning and Gopal Services Limited are used interchangeably.

2. Contracting Party

The contract will be fulfilled by Gopal Services Limited, a UK registered company (Reg. No: 03619946), contact details are given below. Other third party companies may be contracted by Gopal Services Limited to provide aspects of the EasyStreetLearning Service. Whilst every effort will be made that these third parties perform their services, Gopal Services Limited cannot be held responsible for a failure on their part.

3. The User

1. A User is the person or persons (carers, parents and children) who are using the EasyStreetLearning Service. It is the carers or parents responsibility to ensure that children in their care stay within these Terms.


2. The User is responsible for providing, configuring and maintaining suitable hardware, software and telecommunications equipment to gain access to the EasyStreetLearning Service.

4. Subscriptions

1. You must supply correct details during the Subscription purchase process. If placing your order on-line your credit/debit card will be debited when you click "Purchase".


2. An EasyStreetLearning Subscription may be purchased by you or by a person making a Gift Subscription for you. In both cases you must follow this contract.

5. When the Contract is Formed

1. When you check the box for “Terms of Use” for a Subscription purchase or when you use the website following a Gift Subscription purchase for you, you are making a commitment that results in a binding contract.

6. Right to Refuse and Terminate Subscriptions

1. We reserve the right not to accept your Subscription for any reason. All Subscriptions are subject to validation checks and authorisation by your payment card issuer. If we do not accept your Subscription, your credit/debit card has already been debited and you have not used the Subscription Service, we will notify you and refund your card in full.
2. Subscriptions will not be automatically renewed.
3. All refunds will be to the person who purchased the Subscription.

5. We reserve the right to terminate your Subscription for any reason. This will be if we decide that you have breached this contact.

7. Price

1. You will make a one-off payment for a one year Subscription. Although we try to ensure that all prices are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of your order, we will inform you as soon as possible. You will have the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. We will refund you in full if you cancel the order and have already paid within 14 days.
2. The Subscription price for the EasyStreetLearning Services may be changed at any time. No refund or additional charge will be triggered by a price change to users who have already started a contract.
   

8. Payment

1. If you are under 18 or are not using your own credit/debit card to pay for the subscription, you must ask the permission of the credit/debit card holder before entering the payment details. By clicking " Purchase " you are confirming you have obtained the express prior permission of the credit/debit card holder.
   

9. Duration

1. The Subscription Duration will be provided for a period of twelve months, starting the day the first valid user id and password is entered unless the contract is terminated earlier under the terms of this contract.

10. Subscription Renewal

1. EasyStreetLearning will not automatically make a charge for renewal subscription charge at the end of the contact Duration. For Subscription renewal, another Subscription purchase must be completed. 

11. Changes to Service

1. EasyStreetLearning reserves the right to change EasyStreetLearning Service content, and it does not guarantee that any content will always be unchanging or present.

12. Service Availability

1. EasyStreetLearning will use reasonable endeavours to provide the Service. It may not always possible to provide a continuous Service due to maintenance, repair and upgrades, for example, might be why the Service may not be always available. 100% availability of the EasyStreetLearning Service is not included as part of this contract. EasyStreetLearning is in no way responsible for the service of those suppliers it uses.

13. Cancellations and Refunds

1. Should you wish to cancel after the first 14 days of use, please contact us in writing (contact details given below).
2. We will not cancel a Subscription after the first 14 days of use, or offer a refund.
3. Credit card refunds will be issued in Sterling. Your credit card company will convert the Sterling amount into your local currency and may charge an additional fee for completing the transaction.
   

14. Security

1. A unique user id and password will be required to access the EasyStreetLearning Service. It is the Users responsibility to keep their user id and password confidential and not disclose it.
2. EasyStreetLearning reserves the right to change passwords, when we consider this contract has been breached.
3. EasyStreetLearning reserves the right to terminate user access, when we consider that this contact has been breached. This action will not automatically trigger a refund.
4. The user must immediately inform EasyStreetLearning of any breach of this contract or security they are aware of.
5. The EasyStreetLearning Service is solely provided for the users OWN use and the service must not resell, share, or allow access to the Service by any other party.
6. The EasyStreetLearning Service content is protected by copyright, trademark and other applicable intellectual property rights. The User must not allow anyone to store, copy, adapt, transmit, modify, distribute, disassemble, decompile, show in public any part of the EasyStreetLearning Service.

15. Liability

1. Our liability to you in the event of loss of EasyStreetLearning Service shall be at our discretion.
2. EasyStreetLearning are not responsible for the Users equipment or configuration required to access the Service.
3. EasyStreetLearning are not responsible for the services of third parties that provide the internet service to the User.
4. These Terms do not and shall not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
   

16. Third Party Rights

1. A person who is not a party to these Terms shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce or rely upon any provision of them.
   

17. Personal Information Use

1. We use the personal and transactional information (e.g. name, address, e-mail address, credit card details) ("Personal Information") you supply to us in order to fulfil your Subscription order.
2. On the online order form we will ask you about receiving details of our products and services and/or those of third parties which may be of interest to you. Tick the relevant boxes to indicate whether or not you wish to receive such information.

18. Unauthorised Access to Personal Information

1. Unless a member of our staff has been fraudulent or negligent, we will not be liable to you for any losses you may suffer as a result of unauthorised access by a third party to the information (including in particular credit/debit card details) you transmit when you place an order. It is your responsibility to ensure the security of your own credit/debit card details to avoid unauthorised use.

20. Gift Subscriptions

1. An e-mail gift card will be sent to your Gift Subscription recipient. We are not responsible for the Gift Subscription recipient's ability to use EasyStreetLearning.

21. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

1. These Terms are governed by English law. You hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts notwithstanding the jurisdiction where you are based.
